Eating out with a food allergy or dietary need shouldn't feel like a guessing game. At BRAVA, it's easy to build a full meal that works for you.

We're a nut-free facility. Nut free is across the board at BRAVA, so families and groups with nut allergies can order from the whole menu.

All of our proteins and house-made sauces are gluten free and dairy free. Every protein is dry brined with our signature proprietary BRAVA spice blend and cooked over live fire. No deep fryers.

Most of our sides are gluten free and dairy free too. Pair your chicken or ribs with roasted potatoes, rice, seasonal veggies or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

A few items do contain gluten or dairy: cornbread (gluten, dairy and egg), our bread and sandwich buns (gluten and egg), wraps (gluten), mac & cheese (gluten and dairy), the cheese in our Greek salad (dairy), all desserts, empanadas, shrimp turnovers and cod cakes. Look for the GF/DF badges on our menu to spot the rest.
